I'm sure this primarily applies to people who make disparaging comments about the W.H. and/or the President. Does it bother me that the W.H. might be recording these comments? No. No doubt this is probably another security/safety measure. There's a fine line between user privacy and government security, and I don't think this crosses it.
Agreed. Some idiot planning a terrible act of violence against the president or any other public person could likely refer to it on a youtube vid or FB...the internets are fair game for monitoring IMO, which is not the same as trolling btw.
