No johnson fully extended his arm while pushing off is what got him separation to make that catch and therefore by the rules is offensive pass interference.
we'll have to agree to disagree on that one.Johnson raises his forearm up some and gains some separation,but it wasnt much . replay

Violent hit but perfectly legal. Jackson still had the ball when he got nailed and he got hit right in the chest. The NFL has got to stop going overboard in protecting players.
