Grimm To Receive HOF Ring

I knew this was going to be the Redskins "Homecoming" game with lots of alumni. I just heard the other day about Russ being at the game and now saw this on the HOF's website:

Everyone should wear their hog noses. On another note, his son Cody scored his first NFL TD against the Bengals on an 11 yard interception.

Will be recording the halftime for those who will miss it or want to see it again. Crossing my fingers I will also get the other alumni they introduce.

Go Russ! He is so deserving. I hope that the crowd shows the appropriate appreciation.

God i really wish I had flown back to DC for this game .. I know Eagles vs Skins' on MNF will be a good one though .. but all the alumni festivities for this game will be nuts !

That's awesome that they're honoring Grimm here at home. Coincidentally, I attended the home game vs. Indy 8 years ago when the Redskins announced their top 70 players at halftime to commemorate the 70th season of the franchise. Darrrell Green was still active, so he ran out in uniform to join the other Redskin legends - a very cool moment. Best of all, the Skins made their legends proud, pounding Indy and Peyton Manning in a nationally televised Sunday night game. I can almost feel the stars aligning for us this Sunday night.

The Redskins website is going to stream the Russ Grimm Ring and Alumni Intro's live. Might be worth switching over during half time.

*Great that the Cardinals had a bye week so Grimm could be there Sunday night......
