Albert Haynesworths Brother Killed in Motorcycle Crash

There is nothing to clear up, my sisters are what you would say half but it pisses me off when people say thats your half sister not your real sister as if that makes a difference. If I was to lose one in a tragic way like this it would tear a hole right through my chest. My heart goes out to AL and I just hope he can find some peace some where from this awful death.

Yes and no. When my grandfather passed away I still went to work the day I found out because it was our product release date and shit need to get done or we wouldn't make the date. Life is not always ideal, you got to do what you got to do even under tough circumstances.

Your statement implied that it being his "half-brother" diminished the value of his life to Albert. I hate the term half-brother/half-sister. Either your brother/sister or your not.

Terrible tragedy. One minute the ones you love are here and the next they are gone.

I have only ridden on the back of motorcycles. They always scared the crap out of me though. Way too much power and speed.

According to the reports he was going around 100mph and weaving in and out of traffic. Sucks that the guy died but he was asking for trouble. Hope AH takes all the time he needs and IMO he should not play Sun. I wouldn't.

I pray for Albert and his family at such a hard time dealing with such a profound lose. I hope Albert now realizes that playing football is a gift and he has to enjoy every moment he has while doing it and making so much money. Take the time to recover and then come back and enjoy your life.

Whether he plays or not, that's truly up to him. If he thinks he could do his brother some honor by playing like a beast, more power to him, but I TOTALLY understand if he doesn't make the game.

1) I'm not religious and don't feel like pretending there's somebody or something out there that can hear me say "God please care for his soul."

2) He deserves no prayers anyway, he was driving a motorbike at 100 mph. It's as stupid as it gets and the world is better off without him. In a way, it's better he died this way in an accident in which he killed nobody else. It prevents him from getting in another one down the line where the results could be different.

3) I feel for Albert though. He did lose his brother, and wouldn't hold it against him if he couldn't play. I know I wouldn't be ready to.

But regardless, this moron is the exact kind of example everyone should learn from.

We do stuff every day that makes it more dangerous to live. Leaving your house is way more dangerous than staying in it. No reason to become a shut-in.

Retarded logic. Staying in your house pretty much ruins your life (unless you're JD Salinger). Choosing not to ride a motorcycle doesn't at all.

There are risks you have to take in order to live a life worth living. Then there are unnecessary risks. Riding a motorbike qualifies. There are so many other ways to seek a thrill.

Don't dismiss the risk of riding a motorcycle, even as safely as possible. The insurance premiums say it all.
