I'm just curious if people are going to hold it against him if he doesn't play.

There are some on this sight that will criticize AH no matter what. Even on a thread about the death of his brother, some have to take their shots. It is amazingly sad that people can not put their bitterness aside for one moment and have a little respect for death of a human being....or at least not say anything!

I wouldn't hold it against him....its a tough loss I'm sure. That being said I personally I don't think he's much of a contributor to the team.

Half brother to be clear. A strong warrior would suit it up and get out there and play the game of his life in his honor.
Favre played the DAY AFTER his father died and played one of the most heart felt games I've ever seen. Guess we'll see if Albert is a warrior.

Not sure if you're saying this but half brother doesn't make it any less painful. Maybe they grew up together all their lives like brothers.

Additionally, I don't think there's any reason to knock Haynesworth if he chooses not to play on Sunday

He's more of a contributor than Bryant and Maake

Terrible news. Motorcycles are completely dangerous if not used properly.

I have had friends pass away from improper use. I also have friends who ride them respectfully and are well. It is all about the improper use.

My thoughts and prayers go out to AH's family and friends.

Haynesworth is pretty candid about his need for speed, and his penchant for driving at excessively high speeds is well documented (whether in his car, on his ATV, on his boat). I wonder if this tragedy will cause him to revisit his "speed hobby"

on a side note, to all those who make comments online about how your thoughts and prayers go to the vicitms families in situations like this, answer me this:

have you REALLY prayed to whatever God you beleive in about haynesworth's family? Or is it just another thing to say that has absolutely no meaning, like RIP?

That's like saying loosing an adopted child is not as bad as loosing a natural child.
