I think I'm a fairly healthy guy nowadays... but I agree with you. The rare times I'm ever at a McD's, give me all that pink, Peeps-looking sludge with hot mustard sauce, please.

I make my own chicken nuggets for my family!

Take two pounds of breast meat (salt and pepper it) pound it out a bit to flatten it.

Then cube it up into nugget size bites.

Dip nuggets in Parmesan cheese then egg yolk then Italian panko bread crumbs and then back at 375 for like 15 20 minutes, turn once during cooking.

They freeze up well and are a good quick meal to pull from the freezer. My 2 year old loves them! Plus I can use all organic materials.

Is that freash Parmesan cheese or the kind that comes in a can you sprinkle over food.

That doesn't bother me at all. I don't care what they do to it. If it's not poisonous and they're able to squeeze a few more grams of usable meat out of a chicken, sign me up.
