Campbell and Blache (and let's not forget Zorn) were 4-12 last year. **** that.
I know y'all want instant gratification, but please. Those guys are gone for a reason. We want a turnover creating 3-4 and a balanced Mcnabb led shanny attack. Give it a few seasons (seriously). Then we'll talk.

And, IMHO, it's really not the coaches, in the end. We just do not have the talent. I'm sorry folks, but that's the truth. We've got a few good players, but how many all-pros do we have? We do not exactly strike fear into the hearts of our opponents.
Thanks again, Vinny!

The players were not ready to play against the Rams. No heart, no fire, but plenty of penalties and other bonehead errors. That is on the players and on the coaches and has little to do with talent.

Blache was crappy too. Landry stunk and we gave up bomb after bomb.
We also were gashed often enough on the run.
Not much difference.

The problem with waiting is that mcnabb isn't under contract after this year. Why would he want to resign with a rebuilding club at this point in his career. Also it was a dumb idea switching this club to a 3-4 after the defense wasn't that bad last year.

we are cursed and we will be cursed for a long time
so lets just put things in perspective and be satisfied with becoming the new lions of the NFL.

I think the switch will be really beneficial over time, but it will also take time to get there.
Time!!....That's a word Redskin fans know nothing about. This coaching staff will be rediculed and talked about unmercifully just like the previous ones, if the team continues to lose games. We've seen this so many times before.

At this point I'd rather shoot myself.

You know what Lotus?.....If Shanahan is half the coach he's been credited with being, surely he's come to the realization by now that he inherited a crappy tean. He's going to have to work through the growing pains it's going to take to procure a winning roster.
One thing I've noticed that seems to be missing from Shanahan's demeanor is a little fire and demand for accountability. At the end of last night's post-game press conference he sounded as if he was ready to go pop a cork. No emotion when your team continues to puts on these dismal performances. Going forward, it will be interesting to see just how committed we'll remain to a work in progress.

Blache and Campbell's first 3 games were 2-1.
Haslett and McNabbs's first 3 games are 1-2.
Lol, I think you're totally throwing the concept of sample size out the window.
