Circle of death isn't always reliable. Logic dictates that Washington beats Dallas > Houston beats Washington > Ergo Houston should beat Dallas. Unfortunately circle of death doesn't factor in a team playing on the brink against a team that has lost two of it's most important players to steroid use.

Houston's defense sucks and Dallas had a goal line stand thanks to Ratliff penetrating.
