Too many people believe a new regime is going to fix over 10 years of team mismanagement in one season. IF Danny stays patient and keeps Shanny and Allen around long enough we will get to where we want to be. This switch to the 3-4 was a mistake since your entire roster is a bunch of 4-3 guys. Doing that you will have to use both the draft and FA to get the right personnel on the field, and that is going to take 3 years.
