I don't know who this Jason Whitlock guy is, but he bashed us and our win against Dallas. Here it is:

7. No team looked worse in victory than the Washington Redskins.

Wade Phillips’ Dallas DumBoys handed Mike Shanahan a season-opening victory. In a low-scoring, defensive affair, the DumBoys abandoned their running game for no reason. Marion Barber and Felix Jones split 16 carries and averaged a shade below 5 yards a tote. For some reason, overrated offensive coordinator Jason Garrett instructed Tony Romo to throw the ball 47 times. That’s the only reason the Redskins held Dallas to 7 points.

Washington’s defense was mediocre. The ‘Skins sacked Romo one time. They never mounted consistent pressure.

On offense, Donovan McNabb has two options: Santana Moss and Chris Cooley. Clinton Portis is washed up. Joey Galloway was washed up four years ago. The ‘Skins are counting on some 27-year-old first-year receiver, Anthony Armstrong.

It’s a bad team. The Redskins will finish closer to 1-16 than 8-8.

Jason Whitlock is a dips***, he tries to be all cool and edgy but he is an opinion guy, not an analysis guy. I wouldn't pay him much mind.

You haven't been around long so you could not know that you just opened Pandora's box.
LOL, good one Lotus. By the way, I'll be in your neck of the woods for the Southern Miss-Kansas game tomorrow.

I like Whitlock alot...what I dont like is him thinking we are not going to improve. I think for all the change this organization had, an ugly win is a win period. Plus a heated division rivial so he can suck donkey balls if he thinks we peaked at our first game. We are going to get better cause our coach staff is damn solid.

As to Whitlock I didn't know a 1-15 team could go to the playoffs, where is the 1-16 thing coming from.

Wow, Really?....I could see some skepticism about the Skins being a playoff team, but to suggest they win 4 games or less?....Are you kidding me? I understand the Cowboy victory was as much about bad game planning by Dallas as it was anything done by the Redskins, but still. They took advantage of the poor game planning of Dallas to pick up a win. The ability of our coaching staff to realize this should at least get us to the 6-8 win level. There are plenty of other teams around the league that still would have crumbled to Dallas' passing game. This guy is clearly a Redskin and/or Cowboy hater. His opinions should be taken with a grain of salt by everyone.

LOL I didn't catch that on the first read. Not surprised to see that from a guy with his IQ.
