Well Ruhskins and I never got the bottle, so IDK but "TMC's the liquor and beer mod. Take it up with him."

Maybe instead of discussing a trade with the Titans, we should be discussing how they managed to coax two pro bowl seasons out of Haynesworth and we can't manage to get him to play six consecutive plays.

How about a 21 million dollar bonus check.

How about a 21 million dollar bonus check.

They were smart enough not to give him that, that's why he's here.

after the "he will be a Redskin on Sunday" remark, does anyone else feel like Haynesworth will be gone by next week and Vincent Jackson will be coming in to town?

its just seems a bit strange given that an unnamed team made a bid for Jackson a week or two ago and the chargers where unhappy with the compensation and now Shanny and Allen are furiously trying to deal Haynesworth for a second round pick.

Can't say I'd be terribly upset with that if thats the outcome.

Does AH want to play for the Redskins is the question? If he dosen't should the Redskins try to accomodate him with a trade for both parties? Would a AH that does not want to play for the Redskins go out on Sundays and give a 100% on the field? A professional would do that but I think we have come to learn that AH is not a professional by the way he handled the OTA's situation and complaining about playing in a 3-4 defense.
If AH does want to play here in Washington he should come out with a public statement saying he wants to stay here. I think as fans we rather here it from the player or coaches mouth then some unnamed source.

I see 3 scenarios in all this drama...

#1)Start Albert against Dallas and hope he plays inspired football because he's starting, thus increasing his probable very low trade value and trade him by week 6 for picks/players thus weakening the D-Line but getting the best we can in compensation.

#2)Start Albert against Dallas and hope he plays inspired football because we need him and if he plays well, keep him and just deal with him and his character on the team. Drop all trade talks about Albert unless we get an offer we absolutely can't refuse.

#3)Slowly bring Albert along in the D-line rotation as a backup or situational player and see how he handles it. Hopefully all this drama ends and possibly he can earn his way to the starting rotation sooner rather than later. If the problems continues and he mouths off to the media and or causes problems, then trade him to the Titans for what we can get by week 6 or perhaps sooner.

Most media outlets and fans believe #3 will happen....

The Redskins fans are hoping #2 happens and this would be the best outcome for Redskins, fans and even Albert as well.

But it also wouldn't surprise me if #1 happens since the continuous strain between Shanny and Albert and we know that Allen and Shanny can be shrewed and are very intelligent and strategic coaches,GM.

I personally think #1 would be a mistake as I think Albert is a very good player and we need his presence on the D-line imo...

#2 would be the best case scenario imo...

#3 seems to be what they are currently going to do and I totally disagree with this handling of it,because I don't think Albert is going to turn a blind eye being a backup or slowly put in the game. If #3 happens,I see no resolve of this issue and we will end up cutting him or trading him for nothing imo...

IMO....You have to start him and deal with him on a game by game basis and decide by week 6,what you want to do...It would also make the decision much easier imo...

Bah, who cares at this point. If he plays, great, if he doesn't........then whatever.

Thats not to big of a deal. We only have 7 defensive lineman in a 3-4. Seeing as how we're playing the Cowboys that would only really leave 4 non starters to imitate the Cowboys.

I'd be more worried if we were playing against a 4-3 team seeing as how in that case we have around 11 D-Lineman (Carter, Orakpo, Wlison, and Alexander can all play 4-3 DE).

Also @RedskinsInsider:
Told Redskins have used 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd-stringers on scout team this week. Told this isnt unusual for Shanahan. It is for Haynesworth tho
