after watching TJ play last night, I say that was a whiff on Bruce and company not signing that guy. Pisses me off!
(Vent thread) I'm sorry, but the notion, that the Redskins have "no" receivers is just stupid!mredskins 09-14-2010, 08:27 AM after watching TJ play last night, I say that was a whiff on Bruce and company not signing that guy. Once the Ravens came into the picture there wasn't much we could do. TJ was already being paid and compared to the Skins the Ravens were a much more viable competitor. MTK 09-14-2010, 08:42 AM What did TJ do last night? 1 catch? Yeah I know he just signed there, just saying. Boldin was the one that impressed me. He's a beast, wish we could have landed him somehow. mredskins 09-14-2010, 09:08 AM What did TJ do last night? 1 catch? Yeah I know he just signed there, just saying. Boldin was the one that impressed me. He's a beast, wish we could have landed him somehow. I guess he did only have one catch, he seemed open quit a bit to me. IDK I am just frustrated with our group of WR's. MTK 09-14-2010, 09:11 AM I'm not sure we can fairly judge our WRs offer until McNabb gets up to speed in the offense. At this stage of his career TJ was also looking for the best opportunity to perhaps win a super bowl. Consumed with the feeling the Ravens situation offered him a better chance at accomplishing that goal, his choice was easy. Dirtbag59 09-14-2010, 09:56 AM So good you had to post it twice eh I don't know what you're talking about. It wasn't my post, I was holding it for a friend. CRedskinsRule 09-14-2010, 10:31 AM I wonder if the chance to go against Cincy twice a year had something to do with the decision. In the end, TJ could choose whoever he wanted and still get a top dollar salary, nice situation to be in no matter what your line of work |
