The Denver Broncos need a coach, Tim Tebow needs someone who believes in him, Urban Meyer needs a team. Brilliant!
If he is this stressed and having health issues in college ball, he probably die at the next level

The last time that he took a break it was because of health reasons. No one knows why he left this time yet. If it is for health reasons the the timing could not be more messed up. 2 Days after Josh McDaniels was fired...seriously? Why not wait until after the bowl season or until the Broncos had filled their position? He cannot be doing much right now the season is over.

I think the college level is more stressful when you factor in recuirting and traveling around the country trying to get players, just a guess on my part.

maybe if you ok with preforming like Spurrier did with the Skins. Where does he have to travel too for recruiting? Good lord he is centrally located in the best recruiting area in the country. The state of Florida is the mecca of talent, thats why .500 or below from any of the big 3 in that state is complete fail. That program was long built b4 he got there, he can pull top 5 recruits from any state without traveling as well just based on the tradition of that school over the last twenty years.

"But in any other business, a CEO of a company that size wouldn't have to answer to as many shareholders (fans, boosters) and wouldn't face around-the-clock media coverage and analysis of every decision. In fact, most Fortune 500 CEOs don't get scrutinized nearly as much as Michigan's Rich Rodriguez or Florida's Meyer. Imagine if the CEO of Ford was taken to task in the media because one of the managers on an assembly line was arrested for disorderly conduct"
Thats a good prespective...crazy. Good article, I understanding Urban leaving...hopefully its more of a temporary thing than permenent. These guys cant and dont want to do anything else...I think it was funny how Shanny reportly rented an office and just studied football in his year off...Urban is gonna be back

Urban Meyer done in Florida. Gators are fcked. Maybe he has been to the top and he realized there's no where to go but down?
GScud, do I still have to wait for time to be proven right?
Proven right about what?
I'm really bummed to see Urban go, obviously. But I sure as hell wouldn't say Florida is ****ed. We'll score a big-time coach no doubt.

Do I hear a case for 25 games? Imagine all the media coverage! "Coach dies mid-season!" The tickets practically sell themselves.
