V. Jackson "Prepared to Sit out season"

I agree about the 2011 draft class, but I think VJ carries baggage that affects his value:
1) the suspension this year
2) the salary he wants
3) the fact he is one misstep away from a year suspension

Even with all that, I would be ok if they brought him in for a 2nd next year

for a 2nd round pick pull the trigger, when the last time we had an elite wide out? im still surprised we didnt give Boldin a serious look... He and shanahan have the same grit IMO dude played with a broken jaw...

Agree with you but then edited my post. SD gave up a 7th rd for Crayton meaning VJ's value should go down some.

I will give them a 2nd round pick for V.Jackson(27) and Shawn Merriman (26)

As long as you're willing to answer the calls about having Joey Galloway as your #1 WR for the first 3 weeks of the season, sure go for it..

Now that SD has Crayton ( which I think was a mistake by DAL) the chances of Jackson playing with the Chargers is almost all but over. I have been saying all along, let's go get this guy. Big/Physical/Fast... We need that on this team
