While it's true Revis is one of best, mabe the best out there. It's also true that Rex Ryan is one helluva defensive mind and will work around Revis' absence on the corner. Basically Revis' shut down skills allowed the Jets to be more flexible and scheme differently; throw different looks at opposing teams. It's the NFL and good coaches adjust, bad coaches suffer. I don't think it's a deal breaker by any means.

An offensive tackle protecting the blind side of your star quarterback can be very disruptive and Philip Rivers will miss his starting left tackle more than he'll miss Vincent Jackson. It's just one of those positions you need talent and adjusting can only do so much. In my opinion, besides the quarterack position, left tackle is the one position where you'll see the biggest drop off from starter to the player backing him up.

David (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Rivers) played for LA, don't think he ever made it to San Diego tho'

Has to be Revis. He's the biggest piece on the list.

No kidding. I don't even know what the heck happened there. I just saw it and wondered who would be the first to call me Firstdown.

Definitely Revis, then Jackson behind him.
