He'll be back after the vikes start out 0-3
Brett Favre Reportedly hasn't decided to retire (AGAIN)Mechanix544 08-03-2010, 01:25 PM He'll be back after the vikes start out 0-3 tryfuhl 08-03-2010, 01:28 PM A Look at Brett Favre's Career Stats Against the Redskins - Hogs Haven (http://www.hogshaven.com/2010/8/3/1602893/a-look-at-brett-favres-career) sandtrapjack 08-03-2010, 01:34 PM I am glad we got McNabb when we did this year. Would have hated to see him go to the Vikings and missed out on the guy. On that note, Snyder better get busy on that extension for McNabb because if Favre stays retired, that price tag will go up and you know Brad Childress would love to have McNabb in Minny next year. saden1 08-03-2010, 01:34 PM A Look at Brett Favre's Career Stats Against the Redskins - Hogs Haven (http://www.hogshaven.com/2010/8/3/1602893/a-look-at-brett-favres-career) He got the wins even though he didn't beat us. That sucks! tryfuhl 08-03-2010, 01:37 PM On that note, Snyder better get busy on that extension for McNabb because if Favre stays retired, that price tag will go up and you know Brad Childress would love to have McNabb in Minny next year. Other than what we gave up I wouldn't mind having McNabb as a one year rental provided we could pull somebody else in next year. I don't think that it will play out that way though. skinsfaninok 08-03-2010, 02:02 PM ^ DM has 3-4 more pro bowl type years left. Let's sign him to a 5 yr deal rbanerjee23 08-03-2010, 02:24 PM Right. So how long does this last? I'm guessing he comes back mid-season after the ankle heals up better. Yeah, I was going to say he comes back weeks 5-6 after realizing he has nothing to do at home Defensewins 08-03-2010, 02:38 PM Farve loves the attention and being begged to return. He will be back. This is his way to avoid training camp. GTripp0012 08-03-2010, 02:50 PM ^ DM has 3-4 more pro bowl type years left. Let's sign him to a 5 yr dealPlease keep dreaming. McNabb is 34 in November, and now that his career in Philadelphia is over, he's year to year as an NFL player. If he continues to have good years, he'll keep coming back, but he's not looking to play out four plus seasons in Washington. Let's be real here. McNabb's future in Washington is 2010, and if things go well, he will be open to an extension. skinsfan69 08-03-2010, 02:57 PM Please keep dreaming. He's a QB, not a RB and QB's can play at a high level well until their late 30's. The guy trains hard and keep himself in tip top shape. 34 isn't what it was 30 years ago. |
