Lavar shouldn't have been on the show. It embarrassed him. And I say that out of respect to who he was, because he is now a shell of his former self. He has put on a terrible amount of weight since leaving the NFL.

He is obviously still hampered by his career ending injuries suffered in that motorcycle crash in 2007. (Broken Forearm, Broken Femur, Broken lower vertebrae).

I remember when there was buzz in 2008 that he was going to try an NFL return, but after seeing that, he has NOTHING left. But to be fair, the "joes" were all former college players, so its not like he was competing against amateurs. I bet Lavar could still lay the average guy flat....

Lavar did not look fat on the show and I thought a college player was an amateur? LOL I know what your saying but the whole point of the show is to take the guys who think they can play but did not make it and put them up against people who did make it to the pros.

The dude's knees were shot long before that motorcycle crash. The league was done with him before that crash, whether he wanted to admit it or not.

At one point Lavar's jersey came up and his massive stomach showed. He just looked soft all over, and i was shocked that he was in the NFL only 3 seasons ago. He was slow and lacked any kind of burst or strength.

I like Lavar. I was a huge fan of his when he was here. I just think in his condition, he shouldnt have appeared.

Michael Vick, test Vick's accuracy, and stop a pass from the crafty QB out of the Wildcat formation he made famous, an exciting 3 on 3 game of football follows.

Really? Really? Nothing about Ronnie Brown and the Dolphins? It was all Vick and his half assed season in the wildcat last year?

Its a shame because I liked Lavar myself. Heck the only reason I stopped and started watching the show last night was because I knew Lavar was going to light someone up.

Shame, he was a physical monster when he came out of Penn State.

I guess this is what restaurant ownership does to a man.
