Great call on Atlantis. My wife and I went for our honeymoon and brought our son with us the next year.
Boston Garden. Got to bring my Mom (her and my Dad were from the area) to watch the Cs play in the final season of the Gah-den. Sitting in the old, ricketty, uncomfortable, seats. Listening to the organ, no light show, looking at the banners in the rafters, you could just feel the history. I got to go down and walk on the floor after the game. One of the things I had to do before I die.
There was a little spot in Japan, maybe 45 min. or so from Yokota, AB. Back in the late 80s it was called the Rock. It was about a 20 foot or so waterfall on a creek. Had some fun times up there.
San Diego
Riverwalk in San Antonio - Casa Rio was good Mexican food and there was an English Pub style place that was pretty fun too. Nice to go to the Riverwalk then walk over to the Alamodome and see the Spurs play.
Ft. Lauderdale
Sometimes I miss DC too.
Been many times great place! Saw Jordan vs. Bird play will never forget it.
The scoreboard will always stick in my mind with it is crappy digital numbers and the Dunkin Donuts ads on it.
The amount odd staircases and tunnels in that place always made my head spin. It was not linear at all compared to today's staduims. Fenway is much like that also.

Back in 2002 I took a Carribean cruise, and one of the stops was Nassau. We spent all night partying in the Atlantis casino, and the following morning we had bloody mary's and did the shark tank water slide for hours. Great fun, very cool spot, and pretty awesome indoor-outdoor aquarium.
Side note- we got to chatting with one of the pit bosses in the casino. Really cool guy. He said celebrities come through there constantly, and pointed out a high-stakes private room where he said Michael Jordan dropped 6 figures in one card game just the week before. We went back in 2001 & 2002 also. They've expanded quite a bit since then. We'll be going back sometime within the next few years.

Right now my favorite place to visit is about an 1 1/2 hours away in Nags Head because I'm leaving tomorrow morning for the week. We have a cottage right on the ocean and I'm taking the boat to head off shore and go deep sea fishing one or two days. It will be the first time running the new boat 30 miles offshore and I'm pretty pumped. Its my parent 50th wedding anniversary so they are going, my sister her husband and two children, and the 4 of us so we will have a full house. I'll try to check in and see how training camp is going but we will get the local paper which does a decent job.

I didn't get to do any fishing when I was there but I wish I had.

So when you got on the island you went left towards duck?Nope, I meant we were in Nags Head but the northern part of the city, almost into Kill Devil Hills. We were pretty close to the entrance to Jockey's Ridge.
Also, there is a surf shop called Whalebone right around where I stayed. They had some of hottest girls I've seen in a long time working there. So, you should probably stop in.

Thats down around the 13th mile marker and we are going to be down around the 14th. We have a place at the 8 mile marker but its not on the beach so someone is letting us use their place this week. That surf shop has been there for 30 or more years and I'll have to stop in to check out the merchandise. If you know what I mean.

I didn't realize he had opened all those different locations and I had no clue they had one in Va. Beach.
