Well I think when you look at it like that, yes we are, but we are recieving a player that the coaches want to have be a part of the team, so in that sense we are getting something in value in return making it a win win situation.
Now the only problem I have is VJ hasn't quite proven much yet other than a couple of good years. This is where I might struggle to give a guy with his history a ton of money.

Well, lets put it this way: if the WR's we had were impressive enough the coaching staff wouldn't be looking outside the team at WR's. Clearly they are not satisfied with what they see or have now.
Exactly. This is an indictment about the FO lack of faith to Vinny's picks. Clearly they don't like Kelly (not sure about Thomas), but IMO Jackson isn't gonna get any better than he was last yr and seems to value his drinks more than his team and coming to DC is trouble, so trading the world to get this guy doesn't make sense. Why waste a future starter at OL,WR, S, LB on a questionable player off-field who IMO isn't a top 10 WR?
When it's all over, Moss is our #2 and T.O's our #1 WR Opening Night.

Vallin,
You think TO has been humbled enough to even think about bringing him in here??

I could still see that happening as well Villian. I don't know if I like the idea but I do see it as a possibility.

I kind of agree with Vallin. It's a bit of risk but the cost would be a lot less and the return could be great. I've been saying for awhile that I think TO could still come here late. I mean he put up 829 yards in a crappy Buffalo offense last year and was much better behaved than in Philly or Dallas. If you give him an incentive based contract I have a feeling he would love nothing more than stick it to Dallas and Philly twice a year. Its not like we would be locked into a long term contract. If he does well awesome, if not we cut ties and move on. I would really like to see it happen.

PS I think if T.O. came to town he would be No. 1, DT No. 2, and Santana in the slot.

Vallin,

I think he has. If the last 2 offseasons didn't do it I don't know what will. I didn't here of any problems w/ him in BUF. He's 37 hasn't won a SB and I think he realizes he's not the same T.O we saw 5 yrs ago but still produces. We'd have to sign him to a 1 yr deal and he knows that. More importantly having McNabb at QB as opposed to Edwards might get him motivated for 1 more "big" yr. The problem is we have the AH headache and bringing in T.O would cause a circus because he's T.O, but I think he's been humbled enough to realize it's not about him, knowing that his place in Canton could depend on him winning at least 1 SB.
And yeah Tana would be in the slot, DT #2 and T.O #1

Is there any link or has anyone else heard the rumors that McNabb is working out with Vincent Jackson in Arizona?
And if so...are there any sources that indicate that this is anything more than due diligence on the part of the Skins?
