I am glad you put this on here. Basically, this is corruption at it's best. Holding a charge over a man';=s head and then causing him to humiliate himself. Doing this to display power? or ignorance? Hopefully this gets exposed. How you gonna enslave someone because they are facing a charge you can drop if he does as you wish? Is that legal? I don't think so.
