Where else is the train supposed to travel (http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/search/s_269598.html) ? Something tells me she'll win some money though
And in other train news, who's bringing the buffalo wings (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=817&ncid=757&e=10&u=/ap/20041112/ap_on_fe_st/derail_beer) ?
Interesting to note, it's the same rail company in both cases

The railroad would have better off if the train had killed her. It's her own dumb fault. What a moron.
I thought the chicken wings was gonna be another Star Jones wedding joke.:D

god, reminds of the grandma that spilled coffee and got a jury to award something insane (wasn't multi millions??), but the judge kept cutting it back, cause not knowing that coffee is going to be hot is, um... really fscking stupid... maybe she thought the tracks were abandoned and she's horribly deaf (easy to hear trains... easy to feel the vibrations as well even if you are deaf)... dumb... on the flip side, by surviving she's given up her chance at a darwin award for the immediate future...

Speaking of spilled coffee, looks like it's happening again (http://edition.cnn.com/2004/WORLD/europe/11/12/russia.mcdonalds.reut/)
