Bonds' use and Moss' use are two wholly different things.
Why Santana Moss gets a free pass...tryfuhl 05-25-2010, 09:22 PM Bonds' use and Moss' use are two wholly different things. djnemo65 05-25-2010, 09:31 PM Bonds' use and Moss' use are two wholly different things. Sure, that's not the point. Giantone 05-25-2010, 10:04 PM How do you know mine? I've already read those posts you dolt. They don't state anything educative or informative. ...........like I said. SBXVII 05-26-2010, 10:13 AM 2 totally different situations and circumstances. Goodell cannot suspend anyone for violating the leagues substance abuse policy without physical evidence. However, if he feels that this incident gives the NFL a "black-eye", then Goodell would have to find a way to classify this incident as a violation of the leagues "personal conduct policy". That is what Big Ben was suspended for. And lest we forget, Ben did it twice in consecutive years BEFORE he was suspended. Big difference between substance abuse and personal conduct policy. What it's going to boil down to is proof. Just because a doctor says he was going to visit Moss doesn't mean Moss knew about it or was a part of it. Now if the Feds hold a hearing and put him under oath then I would presume the truth would come out. Otherwise all you have is opposing teams hiring doctors to get caught and say they were in route to visit said opponents key players. Then watch all the players get suspended for no reason. SBXVII 05-26-2010, 10:15 AM NFL is going to look into it.... aggressively. Goodell says NFL will pursue Galea information aggressively | ProFootballTalk.com (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/05/26/goodell-says-nfl-will-pursue-galea-information-aggressively/) "We are very anxious to see all of the details and pursue it aggressively," Goodell said at the league meeting in Dallas. The federal criminal complaint filed in the Galea case says Galea's clients included at least three NFL players, but it did not name the players. joethiesmanfan 05-26-2010, 03:39 PM Teammate: Moss admitted being treated by troubled Canadian doc (http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d81854e69&template=with-video-with-comments&confirm=true) I got my fingers crossed, toes too. 30gut 05-26-2010, 10:21 PM Being treated by Galea doesn't mean he was treated with HGH. The burden of proof lies with the prosecution and they aren't going after Moss. tryfuhl 05-26-2010, 11:02 PM ...........like I said. You didn't say shit. You never say shit. The Goat 05-26-2010, 11:59 PM You didn't say shit. You never say shit. Sassy! Giantone 05-27-2010, 08:47 AM You didn't say shit. You never say shit. So why are you upset then? |
