I am so sick of this shit! Now that I am parent it disturbs me even more to my core. If you have children you can understand. When I didn't have kids I would think a story like this horrible now that I am around my son and other small children stories like this make me just simply see red and want to go destroy that person who did this.

I think it had something to do with her thinking he was going to hit or had already hit one of the girls in the class. Reprehensible behavior, she should be prosecuted for assault on a minor.

Here's the other extreme. My wife worked for a few years as a special education assistant in the local school system (elementary school level). Her, and the teachers/assistants, were specifically instructed that they couldn't even restrain a child when he/she was violent and endangering the other children. She had a few instances where she was barely able to get other children out of the way of a violent child. Way too much stress, way too little pay, and no administrative support, she eventually resigned.

Yeah god bless our good teachers what a thankless job that is. I am amazed that anyone goes into that profession.

Not to back this crazy teacher's behavior, but I'd agree with dmek. Kids, especially 13 year olds like in this video here, are sentient and know how to push buttons.

If you're talking about hurting a 6 year old, I'd agree, the child is so innocent it's absolutely horrible. But 13 year olds being a punk ass just to get under people's skin? Different story.

The teacher should be prosecuted, fired, punished, the whole nine yards because that's unacceptable. But lemme put it this way, if another 13 year old in that class came up and knocked that kid the eff out for being a punk, I would have jumped up and cheered like Santana Moss burning Roy Williams on that 2nd TD.

Its about time a teacher beat a kid instead of the kid beating on the teacher. What did the child do for the teacher to act like this? If you watch the video it almost looks like it a fake fight as the teacher swings but is not even close to hitting the brat.

Also is that what teachers wear now days to school? Trying to dress like punk ass kids will gain you no respect.

when i was 13 i cross checked this hotdog player on the other team in the helmet and sent him superman flying into the boards. i got kicked out, gave my brother a 5 five when i left the ice, the other teams coach (really jacked up asian guy) left his bench, walked around the ice rink, picked me up from behind and gave me a back breaker.

true story, the moms were flipping out.

the guy wasnt allowed to coach hockey again. i felt bad then and i have regret now. while he shouldnt have done that and should have been able to control himself i deserved it. from one bully to another.

i imagine this kid didnt get hurt or isnt to bothered by it either. kids, especially the punk ass boys like i was, do so many damn things that eventually an adult is gonna beat your ass, but not a true ass beating that sends you to the hospital, etc but one of those beating where the other person holds back some.

i can only speak for myself, i deserved what happened, i wasnt hurt. its all part of the game if you decide to be a pain in the ass bully class clown.

im pretty sure i had a PE teacher confront me in an empty locker room once, telling me that if i wanted to go we could go. not positive on the details, HS is fuzzy for me. it was something straight out of breakfast club. i remember being freeakin scared shitless thoo that time. i was rotten as a kid, kicked out suspended arrested everything. i deserved what ever i got.
