Brandon Graham looks like he has serious moves, but in the end he's small. He won't hold up well over an entire game against the large LTs he has to face in the pros. Just run at him, by the 3rd quarter his quickness will be negated when pass rushing.

I thought that was a poor pick by Andy Reid. He's not suited for every-down play.

Agreed. He's a good situational pass rusher, but I seriously doubt he's worth what they gave up to move up for him at #13 overall. No wonder he looked so pumped when he got picked that high. Even he was surprised.

I was never high on this guy, and think he'll be a bust for many reasons:
He played only one season at USF
He had only 6.5 sacks this whole year
He benefited playing against the tackles from the Big East (Anthony Davis was the only good one)
He benefited from playing alongside George Selvie, who was an All American a few years ago
I never heard of this guys name until the draft, and thats questionable with my history of first round picks you've never heard about, and how they end up doing in the NFL

Keep in mind that this stat was achieved in only 7 games. I remember feeling the same way when I first heard the 6.5 sack number but after I heard that it was done in such a short amount of time it started to make a lot more sense. I mean if Michael Johnson the physical freak from Georgia Tech falls to the 3rd round with 9 sacks it would make little sense to see Pierre-Paul as a top 15 pick a year later considering the fact that both are physically in a class of their own.

NorthJersey.com: Giants take Jason Pierre-Paul of South Florida ...
Apr 23, 2010 ... South Florida's Jason Pierre-Paul runs a drill at the NFL football ... started seven games for South Florida, but was in on 45 tackles with 6½ sacks ....

I guess in the end D-Lineman taken by the Giants should warrant at least some degree of worry.

I agree...Giants always find some nasty run stoppers on their D Front. Knowing our luck he'll turn out to be like a Freak like Jevon Kearse

I don't know what it is, but it does seem like the Giants have some scouting or management issues. Their top free agents last year seemed to bust, and now their top pick comes in needing medical attention on his back? If TW goes down on the first day, and were to say, "oh, I always get this when I start practicing" this board would be swamped! It's one thing to have an injury, hey they occur, but what gets me is that this was something that the staff ought to have known about...

Their not the only ones. I think the Bucs two WR's have foot issues. lol. Wonder if they'll hold out long enough to finally decide to have foot surgery and sit part of the season?
