He has so far spent six days without food or water under constant observation and according to doctors, his body has shown no adverse effects to the lack of sustenance.


The plan is to study him for 15 days

Doctors plan to observe Jani for a further 15 days, by which time they expect to see muscle wastage, dehydration, weight loss, fatigue and ultimately organ failure.

even just going the 6 he has is pretty good, though not uncommon for the people there

So the guy went without eating, drinking, or going to the bathroom for 15 days and then they release him.
