I'm only seeing him in 20 games, some of those he may not have played

11-9 including playoffs

You're correct....I re-checked PFR and three of those games he didn't play in. Think Donovan would take the credit anyway?

McNabb's record vs. the NFC East is 10-14 since 2005 (11-15 including playoffs).

It's interesting that one of the reasons for this underperformance is that he has a fairly disappointing 4-4 record against the Redskins in that timeframe. Eli is 8-2 against us in the same timeframe, while Romo is a similarly disappointing 4-3.

McNabb is 3-6 vs. Dallas and 3-4 vs. NYG, since 2005. He's never lost to the Eagles though, so at least we have that going for us.

are you attributing that to his play or saying that they're his losses just as the leader of the team?

Campbell had a dreadful .235 win percentage against NFC East opponents for his career. McNabb, against similar competition, posted a .417 win percentage (drops to .375 against common opponents). My point was mostly to show that, even though Philadelphia has probably been the strongest team inside the division over the last five years (although Dallas and NYG are both right there), they haven't performed as well as a team against the division as they have against the rest of the league.

Basically, the McNabb Eagles had the same problems the Campbell Redskins did, but at least had the advantage of being the better all around team.

Yeah, just didn't know if you had already broken down his performances, line performances, etc for the games yet or what.

Agreed. "McNabb's W-L record" is actually Andy Reid's and the front office that decided not to give him WRs for most of his career.

Campbell didn't go 4-12, Jim Zorn and Vinny Cerrato did.

Yeah, that's what Longtimefan and I were referring to, him with the acronym PFR and myself with the link to the game logs.
