I know we have absolutely nothing to trade now...but NOW I wouldn't mind trading up and getting Clausen and having a young guy to groom...Maybe if we trade Hayensworth that will happen. I'm not for trading Albert, and I would have been irate if we drafted Claussen off the bat, but I"m shocked he slid out of the 1st..If you knew Clausen would be available at 37, do you regret the McNabb trade???

i'm saying that is IF we were to try and get clausen...he'll be gone by the first four picks tomorrow.

Surprised Clausen slipped this far. Can't believe I thought we could take him at #4. Still think Minnesota has a chance for him a 2nd time..

yes...in a cocaine heartbeat...cause clausen can play for the next ten or fifteen years...mcnabb...the next 3?

JLC has been on his game tonight.

He works for the NFL network. He had almost every pick in hand right before it was announced. No doubt teams are leaking to him before others because it will increase viewership for the league's TV channel.

That said, JLC and the NFLN broadcast team really smashed ESPN tonight with their coverage.

I'm sure he'll be back insisting that we're trading AH and that we're getting Bradford somehow.

...and giving them a hell of a defensive line. I swear, people are so blinded by stupid hate for a single player and not think of the team or the big picture.
