I gave a C, why?
Okung was a far safer bet, heck Berry is more talented.
With the 4th pick you don't pick for "potential"... but thats what the skins did.
I do like that they picked an OT though....its just a shame we couldn't trade back to get him...no one else would have taken him this high

Many mocks had williams slipping no further than 6... if you like him better than Okung at 4, you take him. Skins obviously preferred Williams.

I can understand an A, B or C, If you wanted Okung for known ability a C makes sense on the wait and see side. If you like Williams, but are nervous a B makes sense. A is obvious. But D or E???? This guy is a staple of our line for 10 years, maybe LT, maybe RT, but a staple none the less.

We got one of the top tackles available. What else do people want? THE FO must have thought Williams would be a better fit with the blocking schemes, etc.

Alright you guys need to settle down. Williams will fit better with our scheme than Okung would have.
Great pick by the Skins!

If the SEC is so great then how come the draft now has 5 of the first 6 players from the Big XII?

Also turns out that Okung is in the same boat as Iupati, a holder.

For the people that are whining about the pick, learn from this guy on how to make an intelligent point about something that you don't agree.

It seems that there's definitely high risk/high reward from Williams. But I trust our coaches and like I said, I'm sure Samuels will be involved in this kid's upbringing as a pro player.

It's not what we drafted, it's who we drafted. He the equivalent of Pacman Jones playing OT. When the money hits his hands, or when he gets hurt, or when he's not performing he'll act a straight fool.
