I have tickets but they are not club level seats so i won't get to see the locker but I still think this is fine. I don't believe the Redskins are trying to use this to get more people to sign up for club seats i just think that level made the most sense for where to place it. The club level is completely closed in I believe which will keep it from the weather. The ground level GA area is very dirty and crowded on game days and does not make a very ideal place to preserve and display this locker. The only other place in the general admission areas I can think of to display it would be in the Redskins store but then the same people would be complaining that they put it there to drum up business.

Skins are in a no-win here to a degree. If they placed it on the ground level some would have seen that as disrespectful I'm sure.

I think if you put in on the ground level it could create a log jam with folks sopping to see it, just look at the escalators ten minutes before kick off. It is horrible! Plus the club level is a much nicer area to display something like that and less likely to be vandalized.

No doubt.. and what Smoot said about some players probably ready for the move, that's probably true. I think it was Moss that says he always stands there and looks at it, I mean that can kind of bring you down, you don't want to think of the death of a best friend right before a game.

The only place other than club level that I could see them putting it appropriately would've been in the HOF store.

I know we can all agree that Sean left us with great memories. For me it was against Dallas. Some of us think its promotional and disrespectful, some think its out of honor and respect. But we can all agree that he will always be apart of the Redskins orginazation. The reason we all differ on our feelings on this subject is because the way he played the game. He played with passion and intensity and thats how we feel about his memory passionate and intense, I just hope none of us lose that when we remember Sean.

Not sure if it would be allowed but, It would be pretty cool to have Football Cards as Avatars.

Why not just give the locker and it's contents to his family and let them do with what they wish, then put up a tribute wall with art work and such for all to see.
