Monkeydad 04-15-2010, 01:07 PM CRedskins, nice thread.
Ditto, great post that really puts things in perspective when adds/cuts can be viewed together in one list.
Paintrain 04-15-2010, 01:32 PM Excellent thread.. I think we've had a good offseason from both the subtraction and addition perspectives. There were a couple of players I was surprised we didn't make moves on (Marshall, Gaither, Dansby) but I trust Shanahallen much more than I ever did with Snyderatto.
SmootSmack 04-15-2010, 01:42 PM The fact that none of the following guys have yet been traded-Rogers, Rocky, Landry, McIntosh, Kelly, Moss, Carter, Campbell is the most surprising part of the off-season so far. I know that combinations of all these players have been involved in discussions. Some more actively discussed than others.

I know we have seen a couple of trades, but from your perspective do teams seem more tentative on these "lesser" names because a) this draft seems to be deep, and b) they have Friday to shake out what deals they actually want to make?

I think you're right on both counts. I also don't know how stubborn the Skins have been in their negotiations

keep hearing that Allen is here to be stingy from the local reporters
backrow 04-15-2010, 02:54 PM The fact that we cut guys who have been here and are "Redskins", and have let several FAs walk out speaks more than just volumes. It speaks whole rooms of shelves of books.
