I don't know? Fried Chicken has started to eff me up. Maybe I'm getting older but almost everything I eat, I cook myself. Fast food is making me sick for some reason? It must be the grease.

It's comparable with a Big Mac, which means they're both pits of despair. I'm intrigued though...they have a grilled version as well. If I decide to try one, I'll just have to drink a gallon and a half of water to push that sodium out.

I would totally eat that if I was living in my pre-health craze of yesteryear. Unfortunately for KFC I have been making positive changes in my lifestyle that will coincide with me not eating that. I'd call it a heart attack on a bun but there's no bun. Let's just call it taking a shortcut to a heart attack.

yeah, the grilled has more sodium too if I recall correctly
