Haynesworth back to the Titans?skinsfaninok 04-06-2010, 01:24 PM Haynesworth could be heading home | ProFootballTalk.com (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/04/06/haynesworth-could-be-heading-home/) skinsfaninok 04-06-2010, 01:25 PM Glad my jersey was a Chinese fake lol SmootSmack 04-06-2010, 01:29 PM That would certainly be something. I don't see him going anywhere though Pocket$ $traight 04-06-2010, 01:30 PM He will probably end up a Giant and destroy us everytime we play. BigHairedAristocrat 04-06-2010, 01:32 PM I suggested the same thing yesterday. Tennessee and the Giants are the most likely options for him. TampaBay has an outside chance but only if Snyder pays the team 10MM to take him or something like that. I don't have inside connections, but i'd break it down this way: Tennessee - 50% Washington - 25% New York Giants - 10% The Field - 10% Tampa Bay - 5% What I think would be really interesting - Skins send Haynesworth and Carter to the Rams for Carriker and their 2nd round draft pick. diehardskin2982 04-06-2010, 01:41 PM ^ Now that would be crazy. Carriker is not better than Haynesworth in no way shape or form... as a matter of fact he has been a bust in STL. Why would you trade 2 proven vets for a bust and a non proven commidy- come on man! BleedBurgundy 04-06-2010, 01:46 PM IF we can soften the financial burden for whatever team takes him, we could end up getting a 2nd round (+ a 4/5 perhaps?) from some 4-3 team. It'd be like "buying" a draft pick(s). Trample the Elderly 04-06-2010, 01:49 PM He will probably end up a Giant and destroy us everytime we play. Not on his back he wont! tryfuhl 04-06-2010, 01:49 PM ^ Now that would be crazy. Carriker is not better than Haynesworth in no way shape or form... as a matter of fact he has been a bust in STL. I'd hope that we'd get more than just Carriker over the mountain 04-06-2010, 01:59 PM i thought now that the skins have paid the 21 million signing bonus last week, the remaining portion of AH's contract is very reasonable for the next 3 years before a ballon roster bonus is due. roster bonuses are not guaranteed and shouldnt be factored into the equation when teams consider trading for him and evaluating his contract. |
