I dont think it is fact that Haynesworth refuses to play in a 3-4, I think he just doesnt want to play NT.

That's why there's the clause "equivalent value, or better". People remember only his theatrics, but not 99% of the other plays he played on or that he defied orders in order to sack Sheli.
