When the trade for McNabb occurred one of the first things I thought of was, well, it's time to move Jason Campbell. He's been tendered the 1st round offer as a restricted free agent, but has not yet signed. I imagine he'll be moved sometime before the draft.
This naturally got me thinking, what is the status of our other RFAs? Who has been tendered for what value, who has actually signed their tender?

I heard on ESPN980 that JC hasn't signed his tender. They did say that if he does, it'd be a sign that a trade is coming (since he's technically not under contract with the Redskins).

I don't believe any of the big 3 (Campbell, Rogers, Rocky) have signed their tender or signed an offer from another team (they have until April 15), and yes as soon as they do, it most likely means a trade is right around the corner.
All three are being actively shopped

Can players refuse to sign their tenders?? What happens if they don't sign their tenders??

If they don't sign by June 15, then the offer to them can be reduced to 110% of their previous year's salary, or the offer can be rescinded...I think
