I'm not insulting his hair, I'm complimenting (sp?) it. The hair alone brings up the draft to a higher round pick.

Get Google Chrome. Not only is a lot faster and easier to use then Firefox and IE, but it comes with a spell check. By the way you spelled complimenting correctly.

Good thing though you didn't insult the hair or we would have had problems. Only hairstyle more powerful then Whitehurst "mullet" is the afro. Also this is a little known fact but after Ogden retired afro's were made illegal in the NFL. This was because a panel of judges determined afro's to be 10 times more powerful then performance enhancing drugs. It also explains why Cooley had to cut his afro.

Dam a 5th round pick, I'd rather just keep him on our squad, and if by chance no one picks him up, go into the season as the #2, McNabb is not the healthiest QB. A stable #2 QB is worth more then that 5th rounder.

We need at least a 3rd rounder. Anything lower needs to be accompanied by another player or a pick for next year.

:)

Campbell to Carolina for a 5th is the hot rumor of the moment by the way (again, just a rumor)

Campbell met with Shanny and asked to be traded to a team where he could start. Carolina ALREADY has a starter, so how does that help him. The irony is that if Campbell wants to have a real chance to start he needs to go to a team like Cleveland. Or he could wait to see if Favre retires, then there is a possibility that the Vikings could want Campbell and might be willing to pay a 2nd or 3rd round pick in the month of August.

Actually, from the rumor mill, it seems like John Fox does not like Matt Moore for whatever reason.

Panthers have only made a one year commitment to Moore. Campbell is a possible long-term option there. I can see him going for a 5th and maybe a 4th next year (or vice versa) to Carolina.

If I were him, I wouldn't do it. But I know he likes the idea of playing down there.

How much control does Fox have over personnel?

Matt Moore is a very interesting prospect. For starters he had a 98.5 rating with 8 TD's and 2 Ints. He played against a Vikings team that pulled Farve and a New Orleans team that was resting it's starters. However he did play very well against a Giants team that was fighting for its playoff life. He was average against New England and Tampa. Their QB situation may be more unsettled then I thought. I looked at that 98.5 rating and thought they had found their guy.

The thing is they're not willing to pay as much as a QB needy team would.

I'm guessing that they are hoping that they found their guy but would like a non-Delhomme contingency plan.
