Yeah... But do you think their center deserved to be a Pro Bowler, haha. He just road the coattails of Tony Romo, in my opinion.
Well if you are talking about this year Pro Bowl's, then I wouldn't put much weight into it. With so many people dropping out, you and I could have made it to the Pro Bowl.

Yeah, look at a guy like Joe Thomas. One of the elite LT's in the league yet their team isn't far behind us in draft picks. I know if I was a GM/HC I would take tackles only past round 2 and let the coaches do their job.

Well that team has been horrible mismanaged just like our team. They also picked up Brady Quinn in the first round and look how that worked out?

He would be a solid pickup for a second round choice.

I'd just keep our second rounder and get someone like Ducassee, or hope charles brown drops, or get Saffold of Indiana, or possibly Veldheer.

True, but the point is they had faith that the 2nd or 3rd pick (can't remember when he was taken) would help their team. If anything they got worse.
Drafting Roger Saffold in the second round or drafting Russell Okung in the first in my eyes would have the same impact come next year. Let's get Clausen or Berry and get a star player for years to come that will get credit for playing well and make them play better.
Dont' get me wrong I have nothing but respect for the offensive line, but it's a sad reality that they get no credit from the media and fans until the offseason.

Dude your talking my language. If we could get a young, giant vet tackle and the best player available it would be ideal. I would note that while we are saying gaither only gave up one sack last season, he was OWNED by a then healthy Dwight Freeney in the playoffs.

Not sure of their depth situation but the fact the Ravens are willing to let a young lineman get away like this is telling.
This. I say pass. My Spidey sense is tingling.

Drafting BOTH of them would be the best for our team.

Joe Thomas played very well and is a very good tackle. The problem, as I said, is that the Browns as an organization were terribly mismanaged, and as our team has shown, good players can't always save a mismanaged organization.
