I'm betting DS received hundreds of letters from ticket holders as well as non ticket holders in regards to his handling of the team. Probubly every year, and I have to imagine last year especially. So why did this one lone goober get all the recognition?
Hell people were turning in fan cards, talking to the media, wearing T-shirts, holding signs, getting kicked out for refusing to turn over signs, LOL.... purchasing piss water in the bathroom. LOL. Sorry. I think the problems were more that DS was young taking over the team and quickly made friends with Cerrato. Then every new toy he brought in he became best friends with. I think now he's finally learning to let football people handle the team and learning to keep his distance with the players so they don't get too chummy.
I would bet a lot of folks received these letters, this guy must have some connection with this paper or something so he got some pub.

We never got anything from the Redskins or Snyder...... Also this just made me remember that i need to send the check to the muscular dystrophy charity and CC Snyder on the letter and ask him to match our donation. I will do asap. Maybe this will prompt Snyder to send me something on the Redskins offical letterhead?

do you have peter angelos' number?
angelos did what snyder is doing now 3 years ago when he brought andy mcphail on board. the Os now have some of the best young prospects, with each year top 10 prospects in all of baseball being infused into the majors roster.
good for snyder thoo, as a fan who hates the way snyder does business in and out of the nfl, i do think he has swallowed some pride for the greater good.

I'm sure Fenlon's letter touched Snyder more so than the MOUNTAINS of negative reaction at the games, in the media, blogs, message boards etc. Give me a break. :pffff:

If this letter affected DS so much why didnt he respond to it. I agree with others in that this is a form letter that may not have been mailed out as much as some suspect but in the end its a form letter. We thought DS brought in competent people with Gibbs 2.0 and nothing changed. I'll believe things have changed when I see the results that tell me so until then I'm going to stay a skeptic.

Maybe as a result of that type response, Mr Fenion will eventually denounce his anxiety and find his way back into the fold. His problem will be cured through winning.

Maybe this was the one letter that forced Snyder to take a look at what he's done....like the straw that broke the camels back, so to speak....

They cannot take any credit because they asked for him to sell the team and last I checked he still owns the team.

Ceratto is finally gone. Snyder has hired a competent staff and most importantly he has loosened his death grip on the FO reigns. That is all that matters to me.
The childish taking credit for the change in Snyder is all fun and games. Nobody really cares about the reason or who can take credit for it. Leave that nonsense to the insecure folks that are dieing for the attention and credit.
This article does serve is an important purpose to remind Snyder to be careful not to go back to his old ways. Let GM and coach do their jobs.
Snyder means well in all, but when it comes to player personnel decisions he is like a person with a gambling problem in Las Vegas.
He gets the fever on a certain player and he can not control himself and his decision making.
The Snyder bashing has gone down considerably and will stay low if he continues on this current trend.
