"Also, quarterback Jevan Snead, who is entering the draft as a junior, looked exceptionally sharp for the scouts. He threw about 50 balls and had only three or four overthrows."

Just wanted to throw this in here :)

Sadly, still no word of the Redskins being interested :(

So did he work out or was he just talking to scouts as if he was already a proven prospect and had nothing to prove?

I don't know where I read this story, but it was about Tim Tebow taking the wonderlic test, and right before the administrator passed out the tests, Tim announced to the whole room "Hey we should all bow our heads down and say a prayer" then another player in the back of the room said "Shut the Fuck Up" which lead to laughter throughout the whole room.

i just don't know with the current redskins we have now if they'll be mature or not if tebow were to ask them to pray; if they were to do the same thing as what the other guy said.

Tebow's pre-Wonderlic prayer request falls flat | ProFootballTalk.com (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/03/23/tebows-pre-wonderlic-prayer-request-falls-flat/)

Teams pray before and after just about every game, those that don't want to participate generally don't. But usually the whole team gets together for these regardless of their beliefs

What seriously???? I doubt that ever happen and if it did you would real use it in your draft startegy to determine if we should draft Tebow or not.

This is like middle school stuff. "Suzie says Johnny kisses with his mouth open."

that always struck me as ridiculous. why would God pick one team over another in a sporting contest?

I believe when they pray it is the health for everyone on the field and that you have the strength to give it 100%.

I read that last night and was angry at the angle the report took. Out of the 30 comments I read, Marko226 had it right.

I see players kneel in prayer in the locker room quite often, so perhaps this should be an indictment on the player that said "shut he f' up" instead of on Tebow?

I don't agree with pushing people to religion, to the point you push them away. Florio didn't take the time to find out how Tebow requested the prayer, just beat him up for doing it. Florio did push me away from visiting PFT however.

Because they prayed harder!

j/k

If Tebow wants to pray I have no problem with that, but he can keep it to himself or get to know the individuals around him well enough to know whom he should invite to participate.

I'm not religious myself but before every wrestling match our team did The Lord's Prayer, it was a unity thing and well, coach led it so I wasn't saying no.

Anyways, Tebow's prayer didn't help him much on his Wonderlic. Maybe we'll see him on celebrity are you smarter than a 5th grader in the future.
