Mawae Re-Elected as President of NFLPA (http://bizoffootball.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=640:mawae-re-elected-as-president-of-nflpa&catid=34:nfl-news&Itemid=53)
Interesting, what if no team picks him up can he still be the President?

I suppose as long as he doesn't officially retire.
If no one picks him up, WE should. I bet he'd be better than Rabach.
Somebody will sign him, he's too good even at his age to sit out there for long.

i agree with Buster. Rabach flat out sucks. im not sure the reasoning behind re- signing him. i would rather Williams start
Rabach isn't anything great but he's certainly a serviceable player, much more so than a guy like Williams at this point.

You mean Williams won't be snapping to Brennan?

I wonder if Mawae's office is keeping him unemployed as a player. Perhaps he has been black-balled for his union activity.

I think it's more people are just waiting to see what else is out there. He's a good player, but he is old; I think most FO's would look at him regardless, unless the owner basically runs them. Some FA's just don't go in the first few days I guess.
