SBXVII 03-15-2010, 02:57 PM I think one thing that was really out of control under the previous regime was the amount of guys who started the season already injured, and some who were still hurt from the previous season. i think the training and conditioning staff left a lot to be desired. I know before that Gibbs wouldn't make the veteran or old guys do any kind of extra conditioning in order to keep them semi-fresh, but i think at this point, if anybody can't go when the season begins, then they need to be replaced. And i agree with saden1. When the guys came out, they did look like shit and looked out of shape....
