Report: Quinn Traded to BroncosSmootSmack 03-15-2010, 03:55 PM no specifics quite yet to mention, don't want to just throw out all the rumors celts32 03-15-2010, 04:01 PM I hear you. MTK 03-15-2010, 04:03 PM I'm assuming this is directed towards me Matty, and I don't feel that what I said should be construed as hate. I realize that JC is the best QB on the current roster, ergo, our best option presently,(and I have stated so, more than once for the last 2 years). That being said, I'm not happy about it, and I'm sure that came across in my post. As to why it related back to JC, I believe Audi asked the question of Quinn's signing in Denver and other questionable QB signings around the league being an "indictment" of the league's view of JC. I answered yes, and I stand by my opinion. It wasn't directed at anyone in particular, I just don't see why everything has to relate back to JC. College tattoos keep Bucs QB, Texans assistant bonded for life | Top stories | Chron.com - Houston Chronicle (http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/headline/sports/4153409.html) Hamoskinz 03-16-2010, 06:40 PM I like the trade down scenario if Bradford is gone and QB needy teams like Seahawks might trade up to #4 and take Clausen. As much as I like Okung as our future LT, trading down is a better option if we can land Bulaga or Davis at #7 (not that big of a drop off from Okung) while getting an extra 3rd round. However, if we bypass Clausen, then we need to hold onto JC. Starting Brennan or Chris Simms or Colt Mccoy is a great way to cement our place in the NFC east cellar. I am also not a fan of trading Cooley, who is a great redskin player on and off the field. We have loud mouths and prima donnas on the team yet we trade away a hardworking and good team player. Doesn't seem right. Audi 03-17-2010, 01:30 AM However, if we bypass Clausen, then we need to hold onto JC. Starting Brennan or Chris Simms or Colt Mccoy is a great way to cement our place in the NFC east cellar. The Redskins finished last place in 2006, 2008, and 2009. The Redskins were 5-7 in 2007 before Todd Collins' 4 game winning streak. Not really sure howholding onto Jason Campbell would uncement us from our place in the NFC East cellar.
