Sorry for your loss.

Thank you for posting, I'm embarrassed to say I need a real world reminder from time to time to make me appreciate my dad more. Great guy and awesome father but he drives me nuts some times!

when a person dies you never hear their family members say "i just wish we could have spent LESStime together" or "i wish we could have talked LESS".

it's so easy to take our loved ones for granted.

Sorry for your loss. Your dad got to watch the skins through the glory days. His love for the game has passed on through you. So his spirit will be with us every sunday!!

I hope I can cross over with the Skins KICKING THE COWBOYS ASS!

I knew posting my dads death would bring a few condolences but the outpouring of kindness has been dumbfounding.
He never was a computer guy (old school at 80 years old ya know) but I told him about the Warpath and he would have loved the passion you all display.
He was a great man who did things under the radar. He was passionate about 3 things: his family, his Knights of Colombus and his Washington Redskins.
I will look to see if I can find any pics of Wayne's Wigwam and do my best to post it.
Again, all of your kind words have helped me tremendously. Sundays will be different but will also have new meaning due to what each of you have posted.
Thanks again to you all!!!!

Reading his obit right now. 7 children, 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren! Wow!
