Yes, he's been tendered but if we sign him for that much or more we can get him and don't have to give up a pick for him, since he was an undrafted player and they tendered him for the lowest tender, we don't have to give up anything for him if we want him. As far as our players I only saw a handfull I'd tender or resign. Obviously JC being the big one. Maybe they are in talks with another team about a trade.
