Didn't it take a while to get him re-signed last year. Just another positive sign that this FO is doing things in a more professional manner.

that guy jsteelz was right and to my knowledge the first to make the call that blake williams would be interviewed. and i think he called a uniform change a few years ago and thats it. im guessin he has a buddy or in-law who has some kind of position with the skins and will drop him harmless nuggets of info after repeated begging from jsteelz.

suprising...the guy must be in killer shape, glad he still has the passion to play, it shows. This just intrigues me and what the future holds for Jarmon...anybody know or care to speculate? Jarmon to OLB or slide Daniels inside some more with Griffen gone? Or Jarmon used just as a 3rd down pass rusher?

I think Jarmon is going to be playing some LB
