Kinda hard to do with just 5 picks. I think they are going to try like heck to acquire a few more picks, but a splash in free agency is inevitable.

Lets hope we don't spend another $150 million like last offseason. It's pretty obvious that this team should be rebuilt mainly thru the draft. I think a low profile free agency period is what this team needs.
They definitely need to rebuild through the draft but would you be happy with a 5-11, 6-10 or 7-9 season next year? I think those win totals are a decent improvement if you are cutting a lot of veterans, building solely through the draft, and filling holes with vet minimum deals.
That doesn't jive with me if ticket prices are what they are and concession prices are what they are. I have a problem with a team profiting by hundreds of millions but refuses to spend some money on quality players.
Give me some free agents that fit what we want to do and fix the offensive line through the draft and FA. I believe that would make us competitive. Arguably, we were "competitive" last year, we just had no one who could lead us to a win.

Well there goes Sproles...I know this is business, but a bit of a dick move by SD if you ask me.
Chargers will keep Sproles - SignOnSanDiego.com (http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/2010/mar/04/sproles-ready-free-agency/)They probably had a free agent target in mind, but for whatever reason, came to the realization that they would not get him. They're a top eight team, so non-tendering Sproles would have given them much more financial flexibility in free-agency.
This is a pretty big move, in that it pretty much designates the Chargers as a free-agency non-player.

Jets cut Lito Sheppard according to Schefter's Twitter.

Jets cut Lito Sheppard according to Schefter's Twitter. One year too late, huh? He would have been an excellent second corner in the Blache get-the-hell-away-from-the-receiver scheme.

I'd like to wake up and hear that Campbell has been traded, and that washington is looking for a RB in Free Agency.
Heaven would be hearing that either Portis or Carlos Rogers had been released, but i doubt that would happen

Tripp, between Dunta Robinson, Leigh Bodden, and Lito Sheppard, who would you take for the Skins if Rogers is gone?

Well Rogers was tendered, so he's not getting released, and no one is going to give us a 1st and 3rd for Campbell, so you may be disappointed. I would also love to wake up to the news that Portis is gone.
