Once again people need to calm down.
Parker may come back here.
Dansby - hit the lottery
Clifton - never wanted to be here and was paid very well for his skill set
Foote - Coming off a bad season in Detroit, wants the same or more than Fujita
Edit: I was surprised that we didn't sign Pashos given his relatively modest contract.
Does anyone think that Larry Johnson would be worth a look? Judging by his play in Cincy, I think he still has something left.
He is a moron but so is our starting runningback.
The irony of the FA RB situation is the one guy who could still produce serious numbers, LJ, is also the biggest dbag of them all. Actually the other big names like LT and Westbrook are class guys. Johnson just isn't right in the head.
...maybe Shanny/Allen could straighten him out so I'll leave it up to them.

KC was a favorite to land Maroney, but with them getting TJ that looks less likely. I think the Pats will hold onto Maroney for as along as possible, meaning I don't see him available before draft day.
I'd consider taking a look at Larry Johnson
Seems like Barry Simms could be close to signing, but who really knows

I am so interested and intrigued to see our starting line up in Sept. I just want to get through the FA period, which for us will be around July 28th or so.
How is Allen with signing rookies to thier deals? Does he usually have hold outs?

Simms is horrible!! I have seen him play with the Raiders and 49ers and commits stupid holding penalty after penalty. If we sign him you will be hating him really quick.

He's right.
Actually the fans from Cleveland say he's wrong and to me they make a pretty good case:
I'm so sick of hearing that Browns fans cheered when players got hurt. Total BS. Was in the dog pound for injuries to Couch, Frye, and Anderson and it's just not true. Browns fans either cheered for the player that got hurt (as is customary once you know he is not parlyzed or whatever) or they were cheering for the backup as he warms up and comes on the field. Maybe a few idiots morbidly cheered for the injury but not enough to justify the slander of the rest of us.
It's putrid spite or just plain ignorance if you believe this crock of BS. It made me sick to hear Mary Kay on Sirius radio stating this as fact when she has no clue.
DA - classless move. Get out, candya$$.
