i was going accordin to risk. I FULLY agree OLine is our #1 Priority. But if Okung is off the board, the next in line would be Anthony Davis (moral/work ethic issues) and Buluga (thyroid/injury history) i just think #4 is too high of a pick to draft a question mark. Just sayin IMO Eric Berry would be the safer pick. And i think #4 is too high to grab Trent Williams and def too high for Bruce Campbell (looks amazing, plays like shit) id rather not reach in the 1st and get a Charles Brown, Vladimir Duccasse, or Jason Fox in the 2nd. you wanna reach just to say "we got a 1st round OT?" Okung deserves that spot. But others are questionable

It's not just that. From a talent perspective he's easily worth the #1 pick. However aside from the shoulder injury that size makes people wonder how well he would take a beating at this level. Getting up to 236 makes him a tank by QB standards. In fact I think he put on a little more then the 14 pounds thats getting reported, given that he was listed as 214 during the season. Thats 22 pounds he's gained since the season most of it being muscle.

Basically Bradford took a concern and effectively neutralized it. Once they see him throw on his pro day then it will be very difficult for the Rams to pass on him.

Pssst...Sam Bradford is a practicing cannibal...tell the Rams this!

We need some terrible rumor to scare the Rams off.

If it was between Berry, Suh, and McCoy...who would you take SS?

Assuming our roster stays as is (as in we don't trade Landry) I give the edge to Suh. I think Suh has the chance to be Haynesworth at his best, a dominating game changing DT. McCoy to me is another Renaldo Wynn type, a solid run-stopping DT/DE who you can count on to do the dirty work for years to come. I want more than that at #4

Or i hope that someone who DOES want Eric Berry will trade up with us so we get a mid-1st round pick and maybe a 3rd so we can draft the next OT where he deserves to go and hopefully Hardesty in the 3rd :-)

No but I mean all up to the combine, its been a 'lock' for Suh to go to the Rams, and now its like people are re-realizing that Bradfords good after he gains 13 lbs. They should have already known that he's good just by all the tape they've had of him and time they've had to watch it.

You'll feel better in one or two years when Chris Johnson starts to break down. Running back early is the type of pick you make when you're close to a Super Bowl. For a team like us struggling in the trenches I'd say we need more grunt players. In fact I'd take Rolando McClain before I'd take Spiller. Heck I'd take McClain over Berry and McCoy.

The thing is if they don't like Clausen as you say and Okung is selected by the Chiefs at 2 via a trade then I think I'd like us to either be super cool and trade down, or draft Buluga. The only thing though that worries me about Buluga is his injury history with the thyroid condition and the shoulder problems. However from a talent perspective he's easily worth a top 10 pick. Maybe a small reach in this draft given the defensive talent at the top but I feel like he could quite possibly emerge as the best tackle of this draft, though Okung is obviously the most likely.

As much as I'd be tempted, truthfully I'd prefer Best...and I wouldn't take him at #4

Who said Okung was going to the Chiefs via a trade?

I honestly would have a terrible time picking between Suh and Berry. But just for the sake of discussion, here's an article talking about why safetys are becoming more valued.

Four good options in search for the next great safety (http://www.nfl.com/combine/story?id=09000d5d816aa093&template=with-video-with-comments&confirm=true)

THAT WAS YOU YA BASTARD! Either way I guess your strategy is "Best" player available ha ha ha....oh that was lame.

How do you know that? The only people saying that the Rams were taking Suh were the mock draft experts. Todd McShay also told me that Anthony Davis was going to blow the combine wide open, that didn't happen either.

LOL. Go back and read what I wrote. I didn't say the Chiefs were planning to trade up to take Okung. I said the Lions and Chiefs are rumored to be discussing a deal that would give the Lions Glen Dorsey (but not for the #2 overall pick) and free up the Lions to take Okung with the #2 pick.

The Chiefs would stay at #5 and possibly take Bulaga (maybe McLain)

Why get someone we already have (i.e. the haynesworth comparison) If we didnt have Hanyesworth i could picture it. And we will be using more of a 3-4 then a 4-3 so we dont need a dominating game changing DT. we'd need a NT. Suh is not a NT, n neither is McCoy. So now we use the #4 pick on a DT that we'd be sliding out to DE in a 3-4? So ill repeat, take a DLineman high in a defense based on DE's eating up blocks so the LBs can make plays? Berry would be the more "game changing" player for the redskins and their new scheme. Id like to reiterate tho, that Okung should be the pick if hes not swept up by the lions.

And how Bruce Allen keeps saying "we're gonna take the best player for the REDSKINS" makes it sound like hes bracing the Redskins nation for him to not grab an OT with that #4 pick
