The Eagles are running out of steam, we will beat Dallas, will beat NY Giants, we will beat the Lions this week because we can, Bengals, 49ers, Steelers' rookie QB will stumble against our defense, and the iffy game we might pull out will be against Minnesota.

whatever you guys say about Brunell, he hasn't thrown a ball directly to an opposing defender. you've been spoiled and forgotten how often that happened with Ramsey..

This team has fought until the end of every game this season. The games that should have won, we will win in the later part of this season. I'm with you. We are one or two offensive plays away from winning the next 9 games . Philly has won the last three games under 20 points. Our defense will be the hardest test they face aside from Pittsburgh.

I agree SUNRA. One thing this team has is unity and they fight until the end. We need to come out blow a team out starting this week in Detroit.

Fair assessment, but what about us beating the Lions because we're angry about the loss to Green Bay?


The Detroit and the Dallas games are the one I was torn between. It came down to Detroit having the home field advantage, and the better QB.

Actually, 5-11 is what my first stab looked like, but I thought Ramsey was worth a couple of extra wins. But I can't disagree with you. 5-11 would not surprise me.

Fair enough. But the fact is I'm not sure what is said in the locker room. I do know they say that about Warner. Do they say that about Favre, Donovan, McNair, Manning to name just a few. I don't think so. They didn't used to say that about Patrick Ramsey either. In fact, the opposition would usually marvel at how tough Ramsey was in the pocket.

My point was that it was interesting to hear the opposition say (probably after reviewing tape) that our QB has a tendency to be rattled. I would not discount that, especially when it's said AFTER the game.

"Make him roll out" is interesting because this article (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A52761-2004Oct21.html) gives the impression that it's the Redskins plan to have Brunell out of the pocket, not the opponents'.
