I've been having a blast with The Show though, that game really puts Madden to shame. I've adopted the same strategy every year for the last 3-4 years. I get an updated roster on the previous version and play around with that in franchise mode until the current version gets heavily discounted (albeit this year that means playing 16 game seasons). I certainly won't invest heavily until I can get a series X (rare as rocking horse shit in the UK) so no way I'm paying out £50 or more, to play it on on my One S, especially as there's virtually no improvement across the board over M21. Hopefully if sales actually start getting hit then EA will get the message, but I'm not holding out any hope either happens. | |
