Hey Matty do you know if it's true that MVP will be announced today?

Unless something's changed, it will be announced tomorrow

No love for Philip Rivers?

It HAS to be Manning. He is their offense.

Thanks! That's a player pretty much being overlooked when it comes to MVP but imo he should be considered as well.

I think I do. My posts have been insightful and great. I like to thank all my fans, in advance. I couldnt have done this without you...

But yeah for the NFL, probably Peyton. Rivers will get no love because he doesn't have a ring. Peyton has more respect, so his success will be looked at in a higher light than Rivers'. This may or may not be fair, but that is how it is.

I ask because honestly I think there's a few players this year who you could make a real argument for deserving of MVP. Manning, Favre, Johnson, Rodgers, Rivers. Hell I saw a few sites giving Woodson and Jared Allen some MVP love. But it seems most people are going with Manning

How about a co-MVP, Manning and Brees?

I love Rivers, he doesn't get enough love.

Manning/McNair I think, in 2003
